Resolution of International Socially-Scientific Conference
«Living Ethics as Creative Impulse of Cosmic Evolution»

The socially-scientific conference « Living Ethics as creative impulse of Cosmic Evolution » took place in the International Center of the Roerichs, Moscow, on October 8-11, 2011.

The International Center of the Roerichs has been the organizer of the conference with co-organizers to be the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, K.E.Tsiolkovsky Russian Academy of Astronautics, S.I.Vavilov Institute of Natural Science History and Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the International Association of Peace Funds, the International League of Culture Protection, Helen Roerich Charitable Fund, Master-bank. The information support of the conference was carried out by the Information Centre of the United Nations in Moscow, by «Novaya Gazeta» newspaper, «Museum» magazine, «Kultura i Vremya» magazine, «Discovery» journal, «Biblioglobus» Publishing House.

The conference participants were greeted by Vice-President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz Republic V.M. Ploskikh (Bishkek); Rector of Kirghiz -Russian -Slavic University, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz Republic V.I. Nifadyev (Bishkek); the Third Secretary of Indian Embassy in the Russian Federation Mukul Arya; Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences E.P. Chelyshev; Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Vice-President of the International League of Culture Protection G.N.Fursey; the Head of Orient Researches Center, Doctor of Philology, Professor of Sofia University of St Climent of Ochrid A. Fedotov (Sofia, Bulgaria); Academician of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences Sh.Bira (Ulan Bator, Mongolia).

On behalf of Z.K.Tsereteli - President of the Academy of Arts of the Russian Federation, the delegates were addressed by the Full Member of the Russian Academy of Arts A.A.Zolotov; on behalf of М.Е. Nikolaev, President of the International Social Movement «Orient Dimension», the delegates were addressed by V.P.Artamonov.

The conference received 55 greetings of science workers, cultural workers, statesmen. The Chairman of the Committee of State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in Science and High Technologies, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences V.A.Chereshnev; the winner of « Global energy » International Prize, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences V.E. Nakoryakov; the Vice-Chairman of Committee on Culture of the State Duma of the Russian Federation E.G.Drapeko; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in India A.M. Kadakin; Acting Minister of the Culture Ministry of the Republic Tatarstan I.Kh.Ayupova; President of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences O.L.Kuznetsov; Rector of Admiral G.I.Nevelsky Naval State University S.A.Ogay (Vladivostok); Director General of V.I.Vernadsky Ukrainian National Library, Academician of the Ukrainian National Academy A.S.Onishchenko were among them.

Above 460 participants from 25 countries took part in the conference. There were 6 Academicians, 8 Doctors of Sciences, 30 Candidates of Sciences, representing different regions of Russia. There were foreign science and cultural workers from Austria, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Brazil, Germany, Georgia, Israel, India, Kazakhstan, Canada, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Finland, France, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Estonia.

An exhibition «On coast of other worlds... » was opened on October 8th, 2011 in showrooms of Nicholas Roerich Museum.

The participants of the conference were presented with reports of Director General of Nicholas Roerich Museum, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and K.Tsiolkovsky Russian Astronautics Academy L.V.Shaposhnikova; Doctor of Philosophy A.V. Ivanov; O.A. Lavrenova; V.V. Frolov; Cand. of Sc. (Philosophy) V.G. Sokolov and others.

The XXth century was critical in many respects. On huge spaces of the Universe the new stage of Cosmic reorganization has begun, and the Earth appeared in its orbit. Cosmic changes being prepared in the course of previous centuries reminded of them with new force. Energo-informational impulses sent by Higher Worlds, demanded realization in the Earth conditions. It was a question of consciousness change. Three kinds of thinking: mythological, religious and scientific are known to follow one another historically under the influence of evolutionary impulses. In the XX century the Philosophy of Cosmic Reality was shaped. It is possible to consider it as energo-information impulse of the Supreme. It embraces knowledge of the Universe, complex structure of worlds with different state of matter, necessity to change consciousness fairly named in the Philosophy of Cosmic Reality as cosmic one. Living Ethics contains new approaches to science and shows the necessity of meta-science and empirical experimental science synthesis.

Any impulse sent from Cosmos to the Earth, passes through man who within the limits of his individual characteristics is capable to introduce received knowledge on the Earth and to explain its sense. In other words, the Highest evolutionary guides the lowest. Nikolai Konstantinovich and Elena Ivanovna Roerichs appeared to be heralds of Cosmic Evolution in the XXth century. Owing to their efforts and aspirations cosmic evolutionary impulse had been perceived and apprehended by our planet culture. The first book of Living Ethics had as an epigraph: « Into New Russia my first message». And the very text of Living Ethics received by Elena Ivanovna, was in Russian language.
In present historical situation Living Ethics acts as creative impulse of Cosmic evolution and promotes shaping of new cosmic consciousness of scientists, art workers, teachers and representatives of other spheres of public activities.

Alongside with it, the protection of the Roerichs’ name and heritage from ill-wishers’ attacks, and Living Ethics as a principal part of the heritage from distortions, has been the important task of academic and cultural community. The Conference supports the resolution of the International conference «The 75th Anniversary of Roerich’s Pact, (October, 2010) about the creation of the Standing International Committee of the Roerichs’ Heritage Preservation in the world.

Works in the Philosophy of Cosmic Reality written by the founder of scientific school of Roerichs’ Studies L.V.Shaposhnikova have been of the utmost importance for understanding and application of Living Ethics. They have made a valuable contribution to the development of the Philosophy of Cosmic Reality.

Conference ascertains that a great deal in research of Living Ethics has already been done. At the same time this work requires new approaches. The conference has been a new step in scientific understanding of Living Ethics.



 

Conference resolves:

1. In addition to the subject of «Living Ethics as creative impulse of Cosmic evolution» the Philosophy of Cosmic Reality is suggested to be studied in following directions:

- Cosmic laws: «the Highest Evolutionary Guides the Lowest», «the Law of Hierarchy », « the Law of Teaching », « the Law of Energo-Information Exchange », etc.:

- New system of knowledge and its peculiarities;

- Heart and intelligence as means of cognition: the ways of harmonious whole shaping;

- The evolutionary role of Culture in life of man and society.

2. In the mentioned subjects designing it is resolved for the International Center of the Roerichs to cooperate with universities and scientific organizations.

3. It is resolved for the International Center of the Roerichs to organize monitoring of the works, devoted to the subjects, consonant to Leaving Ethics, and to help scientists in their publishing.

4. It is resolved for the International Center of the Roerichs to open in its site a column of L.V.Shaposhnikova works presentation to acquaint readers with philosophical discoveries.

5. It is resolved to strengthen the scientific aspect of travelling exhibitions from the collections of the International Center of the Roerichs.
